Job summary

Skill Sprouts ABA in the United States is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a fully remote role with in-person visits only when clinically necessary.

You will conduct assessments, develop and supervise treatment plans, review data, supervise RBTs, train caregivers, and collaborate with families and schools.

Candidates must hold BCBA certification, be Medicaid registered or eligible, hold a master’s degree or higher in a related field, and be comfortable working independently.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification through the BACB is required.
• Master’s degree or higher in ABA, behavior analysis, psychology, education, special education, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral and functional assessments.
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans.
• Review data and make informed clinical decisions.
• Supervise, support, and provide feedback to RBTs and ABA staff.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and other members of the care team.
• Monitor client progress and make programming changes when needed.
• Provide ongoing clinical guidance to your RBT team.
• Complete required clinical documentation.
• Maintain ethical and professional standards of care.
