Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to clients in Georgia. The role may transition to hybrid in the future. You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress.

The position is fully remote for now, with ongoing clinical and professional development support, no caseload minimum, and access to licensing expansion assistance.

Qualifications

• Georgia licensure eligibility or current licensure in Behavior Analysis
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards
