Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to clients in Georgia. This fully remote role may transition to hybrid as regulations evolve, with advance notice given.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with families to advance meaningful clinical progress. GA licensure required or willingness to obtain.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure or willing to obtain
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical compliance
