Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across the United States, with current focus in Georgia. The role supports behavioral assessments, treatment planning, and supervision of technicians while collaborating with caregivers to ensure meaningful progress.

The position offers full remote work with potential future hybrid arrangements, competitive hourly compensation up to $93/hour, no minimum or maximum caseload,

Qualifications

• Georgia licensure or willingness to obtain licensed practice.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field is required.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
