BCBA Success Manager

Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families in Georgia. This fully remote role may shift to hybrid in the future with regulations; you will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress.

You’ll work with a clinician-focused network, receive ongoing CEUs and support, and have opportunities for growth within a national practice.

Qualifications

Eligible for or currently holding Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain).
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans
Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards
