Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across the United States, with Georgia licensure or eligibility. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling and no caseload minimum or maximum, with potential future hybrid work as regulations evolve.

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding Georgia licensure as BCBA or eligibility to obtain licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
