Job summary

Kinfolk ABA is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to ensure client success, while maintaining ethical standards.

This role offers a hybrid/remote schedule in Raleigh, NC with competitive pay, weekly pay, and opportunities for professional development and advancement within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Fully licensed in North Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.

• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $95-$110 per hour (or salary option)

• Full-Time: or Part-Time Available

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: Remote & Hybrid in Raleigh, NC (and surrounding neighborhood)
