Job summary

Kinfolk ABA seeks an experienced BCBA to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

This full-time role offers remote and hybrid work options in Raleigh, NC, with competitive pay, bonuses, weekly pay, generous PTO, and professional development stipends. A Master’s in ABA and NC licensure are required.

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

Responsibilities

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.

• Pay Range: $95-$110 per hour (or salary option)
• Full-Time: or Part-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Remote & Hybrid in Raleigh, NC (and surrounding neighborhood)
