Job summary

BK Behavior in Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services to children and families across Georgia. This fully remote role may shift to a hybrid model in the future with advance notice.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and work with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress. As a BCBA, you will ensure ethical and clinical standards, collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary

Qualifications

Must hold or be eligible for GA BCBA licensure.
Master's degree required in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field.
Active BCBA certification in good standing is required.

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards.
