BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families across Nebraska. This hybrid role allows remote work with one required in-person visit per month, with licensure reimbursement support.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress while upholding ethical standards.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Eligibility for Nebraska licensure as a BCBA.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
