Job summary

BK Behavior is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for remote ABA services across the USA. You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

The role offers complete remote work with Georgia licensing support, ongoing professional development, and access to a supportive leadership team as the company expands its nationwide client base.

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain)
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise behavior technicians and provide clinical guidance.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain documentation and ensure ethical/clinical compliance.
