Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services. The role currently offers fully remote work with potential future hybrid options as regulations evolve.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress. Requirements include eligibility or current Georgia licensure and a master's degree in related fields.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field.
• Georgia licensure eligibility or current licensure.
• Experience with ABA for individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
