Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to clients across the United States, with a current focus in Georgia. This fully remote role may evolve to a hybrid model as regulations change, and it offers flexible scheduling and no minimum caseload requirements.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to advance clinical progress while maintaining rigorous

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding Georgia licensure as a Behavior Analyst (or willingness to obtain).
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
