Job summary

BK Behavior seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families in Georgia. The role allows a fully remote arrangement with future potential hybrid shifts as regulations evolve.

You will assess behavior, plan treatments, supervise techs, and partner with caregivers to drive meaningful progress. Remote work nationwide within the USA is supported, with training and ongoing professional development provided.

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding Georgia licensure as a Behavior Analyst.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with ethical standards.

Education

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

Georgia licensure eligibility or willingness to obtain
