BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families in Georgia. This fully remote role may transition to a hybrid model as regulations evolve. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive progress.

The position offers flexible scheduling, no caseload minimums, and ongoing clinical support. Georgia licensure and BCBA credentials are required or in-process.

Formación

• Eligible for Georgia licensure as a BCBA or currently certified.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical/clinical compliance.

Conocimientos

Georgia licensure eligible

BCBA certification

ABA experience with autism

Educación

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis / Psychology / Education or related field
