Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families in Georgia. This fully remote role may transition to a hybrid model as regulations evolve.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and work with caregivers to promote meaningful progress. Georgia licensure eligibility or active licensure is required, with ongoing training and support from the organization.

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain).
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards.
