Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services to clients nationwide, including Georgia licensure support. You will assess, plan, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress.

Qualifications

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Eligible for or currently holding Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure.
Experience supervising behavior technicians and conducting ABA assessments.

Responsibilities

Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical standards.
