Job summary

BK Behavior seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to clients in Georgia. The role may transition to a hybrid model as regulations evolve.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress. Eligible for Georgia licensure or already licensed, you’ll join a clinician-focused organization offering strong support, continuous training, and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Georgia licensure eligibility or active.
• ABA experience with autism/developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.

Education
