Qualifications

• BACB certification required (national).
• Master's degree in a relevant field from an accredited university.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools and procedures is preferred.
• Knowledge of sensory and behavioral strategies is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations to determine programming, frequency and therapy plan.
• Maintain a comprehensive therapy plan for each client; set long- and short-range goals and monitor progress.
• Evaluate and prepare reports for insurance requests from parents/guardians.
• Arrange parent meetings to train and communicate with families.
• Maintain supervision requirements and document clinical notes for patient care.
