Job summary

BY YOUR SIDE Autism Therapy Services is looking for a BCBA to create and implement ABA Therapy plans while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. This role offers flexible scheduling, including remote days, competitive compensation starting at $79K, and up to $10K bonuses.

Responsibilities include initial evaluations, maintaining therapy plans, and providing clinical support. A Master's Degree and BACB certification are required. Enjoy a generous benefits package including 30 days PTO, 401K with company match, and more.

Qualifications

• National Certification by Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Master's Degree required in relevant field from an accredited University.
• Familiarity with relevant diagnostic tools and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluation to determine programming and therapy plan.
• Maintain comprehensive therapy plans for clients.
• Evaluate and prepare required reports as needed.

Skills

Excellent time management skills

Knowledge of sensory and behavioral strategies

Ability to evaluate and prepare reports

Ability to interpret technical instructions

Education

Master’s Degree in relevant field
