As a BCBA specializing in early intervention, you will lead assessments, plan development, and implementation of interventions to help our youngest learners reach their potential. Expect a dynamic environment with diverse settings and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Texas LBA license is preferred.
• Background check required.
• Experience with kids with autism using ABA is needed.
• Positive attitude and collaborative mindset is essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individualized skill and behavior assessments using VB-MAPP, Vineland, EFL, AFLS, and BRIEF.
• Develop and oversee fully tailored treatment plans and monitor implementation.
• Provide coaching to parents.
• Deliver ongoing professional development to RBTs.
• Assess kiddo progress through data analysis and adjust interventions as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
