Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services to children and families across multiple states. You will conduct assessments, design and oversee treatment plans, and supervise behavior technicians while partnering with caregivers to drive meaningful progress.

This fully remote role offers flexible scheduling, no minimum or maximum caseloads, and no non-compete agreements.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required in a relevant field.
• Experience providing ABA services preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards.
