Job summary

Kinder Konsulting is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve in a Compliance and Quality Assurance role focused on documentation integrity, ethical service delivery, and audit readiness. This non-clinical, advisory position involves independent review of clinical documentation within our EMR system and delivering clear audit summaries to clinic leadership.

Qualifications

• Significant ABA service delivery and documentation experience.
• Prior supervisory, clinical lead, or QA experience.
• Strong knowledge of the BACB Ethics Code.
• Experience working with early childhood populations.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Comfort reviewing other clinicians’ documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review ABA documentation within the EMR system.
• Evaluate session notes, treatment plans, and progress for alignment with goals and medical necessity.
• Identify patterns of copy‑paste, insufficient justification, and misalignment.
• Review records through the BACB Ethics Code lens.
• Ensure records reflect ethical, appropriate ABA services.
• Verify parent/teacher training is documented when required.
• Provide structured written audit summaries and compliance findings.
