Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families in Georgia. This fully remote role may shift to hybrid as regulations evolve. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers for meaningful progress.

The position offers flexible scheduling, no caseload minimums, and ongoing support including clinician resources and state licensure expansion programs.

Qualifications

• Eligible for Georgia BCBA licensure or willing to obtain.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance.
