Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families in Georgia. This fully remote role may shift to hybrid in the future with advance notice.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to support meaningful progress. Qualified candidates must hold Georgia BCBA licensure or be eligible, with a master's degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• We require Georgia BCBA licensure or eligibility.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical standards
