Job summary

Aluma Care is seeking an experienced BCBA to join our team in a 100% remote, full-time role. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to drive client success.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
