Job summary

Aluma Care in Kansas is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and supervise RBTs. The role supports families and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring client success with ethical practice.

Qualifications

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay Range: $70,000-$90,000 per year
• Part-Time and Full-TimeAvailable
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: In Person in Kansas/Telehealth Remote
