Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services across Georgia. The role is currently fully remote with a potential future shift to a hybrid model with advance notice.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress. Requirements include Georgia BCBA licensure (or willingness to obtain) and a Master's degree in a related field; ABA

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure (or willing to obtain).
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• ABA experience with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical and clinical standards.
