Job summary

BK Healthcare Management currently seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver remote ABA services across Georgia. The role is fully remote now, with potential future hybrid shifts and advance notice.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, create treatment plans, supervise technicians, and partner with families to drive meaningful clinical progress. The position emphasizes licensure in Georgia (or willingness to obtain), a Master’s in a related field, and prior ABA experience

Qualifications

• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field required.
• Eligible for or currently holding Georgia Behavior Analyst licensure (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
