Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to clients in Georgia. This is currently a fully remote position, with potential for future hybrid work with advance notice.

The role involves assessments, treatment planning, supervision of technicians, and caregiver collaboration to drive clinical progress. Applicants should hold Georgia licensure (or be willing to obtain), have a Master's degree in a related field, and possess ABA

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding Georgia licensure as a behavior analyst.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to clients with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical/clinical standards.
