Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Georgia is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide remote ABA services to children and families across Georgia. The position is currently fully remote, with potential future hybrid work and advance notice.

You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers to drive meaningful clinical progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Eligible for Georgia BCBA licensure or pursuing licensure.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure ethical/clinical standards.
