Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in North Carolina seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver ABA services in a hybrid setting, including in-home, supervision, and remote clinical tasks.

The role supports families, conducts assessments, and develops treatment plans with supervision for technicians. Licensure in NC is required or in process; flexibility for FT or PT, with strong growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to supervise behavior technicians implementing treatment programs.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Maintain documentation and ensure ethical standards
