Responsibilities include quality monitoring, code review, onboarding support, safety reviews, documentation, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bash/shell scripting experience: 3+ years with Linux/Unix systems and automation workflows.
• Strong ability to follow guidelines and provide precise technical feedback.
• Experience leading or supporting remote teams of trainers, reviewers, engineers, or QAs is preferred.
• Familiarity with Discord, Google Docs, trackers, dashboards, and GitHub is expected.

Responsibilities

• Quality monitoring: spot-check Bash items, identify issues, and escalate as needed.
• Code review: evaluate AI-generated shell scripts and CLI workflows for correctness and safety.
• Trainer/QA communication: update contributors on new guidelines and review expectations.
• Question handling: respond to questions about portability, quoting, and rubric interpretation.
• Activation management: re-engage inactive contributors and track availability.
• Documentation: create and maintain Bash style guides, FAQs, and onboarding materials.
• Onboarding: run training calls explaining workflows and safety expectations.
• Safety review: flag unsafe scripts and potential credential exposure.
• Process improvement: identify gaps and build scalable QA processes.
