Job summary

Mantis Medical Compliance Group is seeking an Equipment Technician to perform inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair of medical equipment at customer facilities. This role includes remote work from a home base, with travel to sites and occasional travel to the Rochester, NY corporate office.

You will specialize in sterilizers/autoclaves, read maintenance manuals, interpret schematics, and use test equipment to diagnose and repair electro-mechanical devices.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining electro-mechanical systems (HVAC, residential or commercial).
• Associate degree in Technology/Engineering or military/non-military equivalent recommended.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex electronic, steam, and hydraulic devices.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret maintenance manuals, schematics, and drawings.
• Travel to customer sites for service and repairs; occasional trips to Rochester, NY office.
• Operate test equipment and perform safety checks; identify parts for repairs.
• Provide professional customer service and accurate service documentation.
