STERIS - Commercial Operations seeks a field-based service professional who starts from a home base and visits hospitals to diagnose, repair, and maintain medical equipment. You’ll verify performance, document regulatory compliance, and coordinate with Tech Support and Engineering to resolve issues, with a focus on safety and service quality.

The role is remote and customer-facing, covering a California territory.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED and 4+ years of work experience, including 2+ years in a mechanical/technical role.
• An associate degree, relevant certifications, competitive equipment training, or related military experience may count toward the technical requirement.

Mansioni

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain STERIS and competitor equipment, systems, and components.
• Own your schedule to deliver preventive maintenance, service and warranty calls, equipment installations, field upgrades, and other assignments.
• Collaborate with Tech Support, Engineering, and Service Contract Management; escalate issues appropriately.
• Use mobile apps and digital platforms to meet regulatory compliance requirements and to document work performed.
• Present customers with information, pricing, and repair choices; partner with Sales to elevate the customer experience and uncover revenue opportunities.
• Support multiple locations across the territory based on service agreements and customer needs.
