Job summary

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking a Barback to support bartenders and maintain clean, stocked stations in a fast-paced family entertainment center. You will greet guests, assist with food and beverage delivery, and ensure safety and cleanliness across the bar area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and positive manner.
• Delivers food and beverage in a professional manner according to Andretti standards.
• Restock and sanitize glassware for bartender use.
• Restock stations with liquor, ice, fruit, straws and napkins as necessary.
• Keep stations sanitary up to health department standards.
• Maintain organized work area and reset tables.
• Dispose of broken glassware safely.
• Ensure inventory for drinks is full and stocked.
• Provide energetic guest service with urgency.
