Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders within Andretti guidelines, always exceeding guest expectations.
• Prepare standard and specialty mixed drinks; pour wine and beer quickly and accurately.
• Deliver food and beverages professionally according to Andretti standards.
• Collect payment and operate the Point-of-Sale system with ease.
• Count cash drawer at the start of shift for accuracy and adequate change.
• Maintain an organized work area and proactively clean and reset tables.
• Order and maintain bar supplies; display bottles attractively.
