The position requires a Bachelor's degree, five years of Ellucian product experience in Banner/DGW, and three years in Banner Student.

Qualifications

• Five years of Ellucian product experience in Banner or DGW.
• Three years in Banner Student Module or DGW Functional Management.
• Three years in higher education with experience in ITS, Admissions, Registration, Curriculum, TSI or State Reporting.
• Experience in training and support of student information system end users.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Senior Banner Specialist for student information system users.
• Troubleshoot Banner Student and TCC modules; collaborate with curriculum for data transfers.
• Assist with implementation projects; prepare test plans and train end users.
• Document changes with impacted areas; support security access role definitions.
• Backup for Banner Student System Services Manager.
