Job summary

Ferrilli is seeking an Ellucian Banner Business Analyst to support, maintain, and optimize the Banner ERP environment at a higher education institution. You will serve as the liaison between IT and campus offices, ensuring system availability and effective business processes.

The role requires 2–4 years working with Ellucian Banner, strong SQL/PL-SQL skills, and experience with Banner architecture and reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of direct experience supporting Ellucian Banner in higher education.
• Experience with higher education administrative operations (Registrar, Admissions, Financial Aid, Student Accounts).
• Proficient in SQL/PL-SQL for Oracle databases; familiar with Banner architecture and integration components.

Responsibilities

• Provide tier-2 and tier-3 support for Ellucian Banner modules and integrations.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system issues and data anomalies.
• Collaborate with DBAs and developers to test and validate Banner updates and patches.
• Develop documentation, SOPs, and end-user guides.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on Banner functionality and upgrades.
