Qualifications
- 3+ years of functional experience with Banner Accounts Receivable.
- Experience leading functional workstreams in customer implementations.
- Ability to analyze customer business processes and map to Banner capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead Banner AR implementations from discovery through deployment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and requirements discussions with customers.
- Identify risks and issues and develop mitigation strategies.
- Share knowledge and best practices with peers and support onboarding.
