Collegis Education seeks a Banner Functional Analyst to support day-to-day operations and implement Banner functionality for partner institutions. You will provide functional leadership, resolve system needs, and drive process improvements across Banner modules and related tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3-5 years' experience with Ellucian Banner.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Experience implementing and supporting Banner modules (Student, Finance, HR/Payroll, AR).

Responsibilities

Provide Banner leadership and technical expertise for daily operations and new functionality.
Deliver excellent customer service and timely responses to partner inquiries.
Own Banner support and escalate when needed.
Collaborate with functional units to schedule production and generate reports.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for client information systems.
Develop and maintain Banner documentation and workflows.
Identify process improvements and assist in road map development.
