Qualifications

• 2+ years bankruptcy creditor rights law firm experience.

Responsibilities

• Draft and e-file notices and forms.
• Holistically analyze case status, plan treatment, docket and claims activity.
• Process files expeditiously and provide timely client notifications.
• Electronically file documents with the bankruptcy court.
• Liaise between firm, clients, and third parties.
• Ensure tasks are completed in line with company policies and client directives.
