Qualifications

• Education: 3.4 GPA preferred; undergraduate student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business management, information systems, or related field; rising senior graduating in 2028.
• Strong writing, content development, time-management, analytical, and eagerness to learn.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Copilot AI) is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing content for internal and external communications across multiple channels.
• Participate in onboarding, training sessions, and professional development activities.
• Support weekly LOB meetings, articles for the company newsletter, and internal culture communications.
