Job summary

KeyBank seeks a PCB Development Consultant to deliver targeted skill-building and core training to licensed bankers, advancing the Mass Affluent Strategy. You will partner with KIS ML, Market Retail Leaders, and Area Retail leaders to close performance gaps and strengthen branch teams.

You will lead a year-long licensing onboarding, guide cohorts, and collaborate with HR to align with policy. Travel is routine; strong coaching and relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience required.
• 5+ years of performance coaching experience required.
• 5+ years in financial services / investment industry required.
• Ability to build and lead a team within a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Foster training and development of PCB sales professionals throughout their first year as Licensed Bankers.
• Execute a 1-year licensing onboarding plan to support performance success.
• Lead a cohort of new PCB hires, guiding skill development and integration into branches.
• Coordinate learning strategies with Affluent segments and HR policy alignment.
• Assist strategic and tactical management of the licensed banker program across markets.
• Provide coaching and performance analysis to close gaps and improve outcomes.
• Partner with regional leadership to build PCB acumen and confidence.
• Contribute to talent acquisition for Licensed Banker roles.
• Ensure adherence to KeyBank policies and ethical standards.
