Job summary

KeyCorp seeks a PCB Development Consultant to deliver targeted skill building to the licensed banker population and close performance gaps within the Mass Affluent Strategy. You will mentor new bankers, drive onboarding plans, and align with HR policies to sustain a high-performing branch team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in performance coaching.
• 5+ years experience in financial services / investment industry.
• Demonstrated ability to build, develop and lead a team.
• Ability to influence across a matrix organisation and partner with leadership.

Responsibilities

• Foster and champion training of PCB sales professionals during their first year as Licensed Bankers.
• Execute a 1-year licensing onboarding plan to support performance.
• Lead a cohort of new PCB’s and coordinate skill development across branches.
• Support market tactics to educate and build PCB skills with leadership alignment.
• Maintain KPI progress across territories and provide coaching recommendations.
