Job summary

KeyCorp is seeking a PCB Development Consultant to deliver targeted skill building and core training to the licensed banker population, building confidence with branch teams and advancing the Mass Affluent Strategy.

You will collaborate with KIS ML, Market Retail Leaders, and Area Retail leaders to close performance gaps and elevate results across markets. This role leads onboarding, coaching, and developmental activities with a focus on measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of performance coaching experience in financial services.
• Experience working in a retail banking environment with affluent client markets.
• Proven ability to build, develop, and lead teams within a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Foster training and development of PCB sales professionals in their first year as Licensed Bankers.
• Execute a one-year licensing onboarding plan to support performance.
• Lead a cohort of new PCB trainees and drive skill development.
• Partner with Learning & Development to align with HR policies and programs.
• Monitor progress against KPI’s by territory/region and identify gaps.
• Assist in talent acquisition for the Licensed Banker role.
• Coordinate market tactics to educate and build skill within the PCB population.
