Acara Solutions is seeking a Business Analytics & Reporting Analyst II for a 10-month contract, remote from New York. The role focuses on turning data into actionable insights by developing reports, dashboards, and analyses to support banking projects and decision-making.

You will analyze data, identify opportunities to improve reporting and operations, and collaborate with teams to drive data-driven solutions while supporting governance and regulatory changes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Business Line
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Commercial Card Domain Expertise
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Product Discovery & Business Architecture
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Banking, Payments & Integration Analysis

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver departmental reports, dashboards, spreadsheets, and presentations covering project strategy, workflow, historical trends, and financial analysis.
• Conduct detailed data analysis, research, reviews, and reconciliations to support informed business decisions and identify actionable insights.
• Drive continuous process improvement by developing or enhancing processes, documentation, maintenance plans, and automation tools.
• Support the planning, testing, and implementation of new projects, systems, products, programs, and regulatory changes.
• Partner with internal teams, technology groups, vendors, and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, support audits and compliance activities, and improve overall business operations
