Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst IV for a remote contract in New York. You'll partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and drive enterprise initiatives from planning through implementation.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in operational analytics, identity lifecycle concepts, and systems/interfaces data flows, with hands-on experience in Sailpoint IIQ, Active Directory and Entra ID.

Qualifications

• High School or Diploma or GED
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operational/business analytics.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Identity lifecycle concepts
• Minimum 5 years of experience in System interfaces and data flows
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sailpoint IIQ, Active Directory, Entra ID, Databases and data models

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and data mapping for application enhancements and enterprise initiatives.
• Lead functional activities for medium to large-scale projects, including project planning, estimation, stakeholder collaboration, and team coordination.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and support user acceptance testing to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
• Collaborate with business partners, technology teams, and external vendors to deliver solutions that meet business, regulatory, and operational requirements.
• Provide guidance to junior team members, resolve implementation issues, and support continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
