Job summary

ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions is seeking a Business Analyst focused on Reporting & Analytics. This 1-year contract role is remote (Utah residents only) with a pay rate of $30.00–$35.00 per hour.

You will lead strategic analytics initiatives, design KPI dashboards using Tableau/SQL, and partner with operations to forecast and optimize performance. You will autonomously identify high-value analytics projects, translate business needs into actionable insights, and drive data

Qualifications

4+ years in business analytics, operations analytics, or BI roles in a multi-site contact centre.
Proven ability to work independently and influence decisions.
Proficient in SQL, Excel, Tableau/Power BI; familiarity with data warehouses, SAS, Zendesk analytics.
Deep understanding of workforce management dynamics and forecasting models.
Experience leading end-to-end analytics initiatives and project management practices.
Knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models.

Responsibilities

Strategic Analytics & Proactive Initiatives: identify and champion analytics projects optimizing omni-channel contact centre ops.
KPI Architecture & Dashboard Strategy: own end-to-end KPI design and governance across Tableau, SQL, and internal platforms.
End-to-End Project Leadership: lead analytics/data infra projects from concept to rollout with cross-department teams.
Executive Advisory: communicate performance drivers, risk forecasts, and trade-offs to leadership.
Advanced Data Exploration: query and synthesize multi-source data to answer high-level business questions.
Process Optimization: automate reporting to eliminate bottlenecks.
