Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in banking or related customer service, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of related banking and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a professional representative of NHMB affiliates—Meredith Village Savings Bank, Merrimack County Savings Bank, and Savings Bank of Walpole—in all customer interactions, including telephone, e-mail and online chat.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, answer questions and process requests.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering excellent account and service support, emphasizing first‑call resolution and speed of response.
